Strange “Pot Of Blood” Found In Fuse ODG’s House Not For Spiritual Purpose

Published

on

Yesterday, news went viral that Afro-pop artiste Fuse ODG had thrown his friend and producer Killbeatz from his million dollar house.

The reports also suggested that Fuse ODG returned from his London-based to find in one of his rooms a “pot of blood” which he alleged to belong to Killbeatz and that was one of the reasons why he sacked him from his house.

However, Jeffrey Addo, a member of Killbeatz management team has come out to explain that the blood found in Fuse’s house was not for any spiritual purpose.

Speaking on Zylofon FM’s Showbiz Agenda, Tuesday and as monitored by EonlineGhana.Com, Jefferey admitted that Killbeatz was no longer staying in Fuse ODG’s house but explained that the award winning producer was not sacked as reported — he rather left the house on his own due to the misunderstanding between them.

“Killbeatz hasn’t been sacked from Fuse ODG’s house. It’s a just a little misunderstanding that they had so Killbeatz decided to leave the house. Fuse can’t sack Killbeatz. No! Killbeatz made Fuse, as well as other artists and everybody knows that. So Fuse has no right to say he has sacked Killbeatz from his house.”

Clarifying the blood found in the house, he explained that it had no spiritual backing because it was just a ram they slaughtered for a barbecue party. The blood found was not in a pot of blood as reported but rather in a hole they dug in the house.

“Before I even got to the house that day that Killbeatz had his birthday party, I had been informed that we were going to kill a ram for a barbecue. So what happened was that a Muslim friend was invited over to do the slaughtering of the ram for the barbecue. And you know Muslims in their tradition before you slaughter an animal or whatever you have to say a prayer before you take the animal’s live. According to what the Muslim friend said, I heard that he prayed and dug a hole for them to pour the blood in. So it was just a normal slaughtering of a ram or a sheep for a barbecue. It’s not like they went to a jujuman to do anything….we’re disappointed as to why this issue is growing.” he said

Fuse ODG in 2015 bought himself a mansion in Accra at a tune of one million dollars on his 27th birthday and housed Killbeatz there.

Killbeatz worked for Fuse ODG from the days of ‘Azonto’ till now.

Why Judge Homosexuals So Harshly When You Sin Daily – Berla Mundi Speaks After Interview With Gay Man

Published

on

The first episode of the new talk show dubbed ‘The Late Afternoon Show’ with Berla Mundi aired last Monday on GHone TV.

The new talk show which delves into social issues had a gay man open up to Berla Mundi about his sexuality and his life as a gay man in a country which strongly chastise homosexuality.

Berla Mundi after the show has reacted to comments and criticisms concerning her decision to interview a gay man.

In a blog post, the TV personality and Radio host explained the reason why they decided to usher the show with an interview with a gay.

According to her, she noticed that it was a conversation that would interest the public because of the recent debates in the country.

She wrote

Whose idea was it to discuss homosexuality for the first episode? Mine!! It was at a time when the conversation had picked up among Ghanaians after the wedding between two homosexuals, Stephen Anertey Caesar, an Alumnus of Motown (91 Year Group) and Ryan Lathrum, in Sonoma Valley, America caused an uproar across the country with people expressing diverse opinions on the matter. I noticed that it was a conversation that would interest the public even more if discussed on TV and so we decided to take up that challenge of finding a gay man to tell us his story. Trust me it wasnt easy finding one who was willing to open up for the fear of being tagged or assaulted by Ghanaians. We still managed to get a group of young men eager to speak. Bingo!! Now the headache was on how to go about it without necessarily looking like we were encouraging the act as its literally a taboo to be gay in Ghana and even worse to come out seemingly supporting it but yea we had a solid team so we worked some magic.

Responding to the critics, she wrote that Ghanaians shouldn’t judge homosexuals so harshly when they sin daily. She however stated that she is aware that homosexuality just like any other sin is frowned upon by the bible and therefore doesn’t condone the act in any way.

So now to the critics…… I appreciate every single one of you that sent your congratulatory messages and the criticisms as well. However, what I don’t understand is why people thought I should not have discussed the topic as I looked like I was condoning the act. First of all I am Christian and I am fully aware of what the bible says against NOT JUST homosexuals, adulterers, thieves, liars et al. However my reason for choosing this topic was also because I felt it was important to let Ghana know that there were young people involved and maybe if we lent them an ear, we would understand better how to handle the situation rather than criticize them continually. For me I believe love is what brings about change and getting closer to them and having them trust you enough to open up is the best way to speak to them on ways by which they could have a change in mind and attitude. Roll your eyes all you want but that’s the truth! Besides why judge so harshly when you sin daily? Has anyone lynched you for lying, stealing, fornicating? So there we go, before you cast a stone, take out the dirt in your eye. In short, lets find better ways of dealing with this issue and preaching the WORD to them and allow God to do the rest.

‘The Late Afternoon Show’ with Berla Mundi premiered on Monday, 11th December. It ushers in a new era of talk show which delves into social issues, real life stories and lifestyle from the point of the young, fun and vibrant adult. With a mixed bag of everything that is discussed among the new generation, the show tends to identify with the emotions of people whiles seeking to answer often asked questions on health, wealth, fashion, cuisine, entertainment and more.

My Dad Kicked Me Out Of His House Because I Divorced The Husband He Chose For Me — Lawrencia Owusu

Published

on

Arranged marriages might seem like a relic of the ‘old days’ yet it happened in the life of Lawrencia Owusu, and came with some drastic consequences.

The celebrity make-up stylist has revealed a painful story from her past which scarred her for life and made her into who she is today.

Lawrencia Owusu opened up about this bitter chapter of her life in a revealing conversation with Joselyn Dumas on the actresses’ reality girl talk program ‘Keeping It Real’.

Joselyn Dumas and Owusu were joined by Nana Esi Duker in an honest conversation about battling through pain to remain strong.

Lawrencia, who got married at an early age, revealed that the marriage was arranged by her parents when she was still in university and aged only 22.

“I got married at a very early age, right after school…, when I was writing my papers there was a husband waiting for me. Someone I didn’t know, someone I had no connection, no chemistry, no nothing with. He was ten years older than me.” she told Dumas.

“My parents were those kind of old school parents…they told me this guy, he’s good, he has a job, he’s stable, you’ll be sorted. That’s it.”

Lawrencia said she thought of protesting the decision to marry her off but she had never questioned her parents and at that point she hadn’t grown bold enough to challenge their decisions.

“I felt it was so unfair but at that time in my life I didn’t have a voice.” she said.

After being thrust into an ‘arranged marriage’, things didn’t work out and in the end, she decided to divorce her husband. That was the point her father got so infuriated with her decision that he threw her out in the cold from the apartment they were both occupying in New York City.

“I got the divorce and my dad kicked me out, winter time, New York City, in the streets.” she said.

“My dad kicked me out!” she emphasized.

“When this man kicked me out, I think my whole life that’s the worst thing that’s happened to me. I don’t even know my way around New York and you kick me out winter time because I decided to go against your wish…I think that was what made me hard. ”

The mother of two added that she stopped talking with her father for years after that incident and they only reconnected last year.

For her part, Joselyn Dumas opined that it pays to have a shoulder to cry on when such troubles fall on you in life. According to her, complaining about her problems to a close friend, crying out and even yelling helps her forget them.

‘Keeping it Real with Joselyn Dumas’ is a talk show created by the actress which involves women talking about issues that affect their lives and how they deal with them without breaking down.

It airs every Saturday at 8:30pm on GhOne Tv.
